Our system will run approximately 6 months to an entire year on a single set of batteries (Uses 8 "D" cell alkaline batteries). |

We have a unique "Power down" feature that will automatically put the sytem in "Sleep" mode if not in use for 5 minutes. Once any button is touched the system powers up within a split second. |
